Dr. William “Bill” Schuyler
Doctor of Dental Medicine
Dr. Bill has helped thousands of families throughout Douglas County for decades. Many of his current patients are the children of patients he has cared for in the past – a real testament to the level of trust parents put in his expertise. A graduate of Helena High School in Montana, Dr. Bill attended Montana State College, Dental School at the University of Oregon Health and Science Center, served our country in the U.S. Army Dental Corp., and finally applied what he learned from his pediatric dental residency at OHSU to form his own practice in Roseburg in 1976. Dr. Liann Drechsel
Doctor of Dental Medicine
Dr. Drechsel is exited to be a part of Dr. Bill's team. She completed her specialty residency at the prestigious University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas in 2006 where she provided comprehensive dental care to children of all ages and people with special health care needs. Dr. Drechsel is glad to be back home in the Pacific Northwest where she grew up. A graduate with high acedemic and clinical honors of both Oregon State University and Oregon Health & Science University Dr. Drechsel stays active in local and state pediatric dental societies. Kerstin Bartlett
Office Manager
Every great office has an equally great office manger. Kerstin is the “great” behind Dr. Bill’s dentist office. While she’s been with Dr. Bill since 2000, she thinks of it as an extended family rather than a job. She enjoys working with the children and adults with special needs on a daily basis. Leona Franklin
Assistant Office Manager
As assistant office manger, Leona has worked at Dr. Bill’s office since October 2005. You’ll know Leona right away – she’ll be the one interacting with all the patients – helping make their trip to the dentist positive and fun. Since 1979, Terry has enjoyed her career as a dental hygienist. But for her, the best part has been helping the kids that have come to Dr. Bill over the years. Outside Dr. Bill’s office, Terry is a mom, master chef, and expert gardener.

Sometimes you run across someone so extraordinary you just don’t let that person leave. Stephanie is such a person. After finishing her dental assistant internship at Dr. Bill’s office, she was asked to stay on the team. She’s been here ever since, helping patients thanks to her degree from Umpqua Community College and state board certification.

Stephanie is a wonderful addition to Dr. Bill’s office. She went through the rigorous Dental Assistant program at Umpqua Community College, is state certified in dental radiographs, and finished her internship at Willamette Dental before joining Dr. Bill’s team in 2003. She enjoys working with all the kids and adults with special needs.
